Overseeing the appointment terms and contract engrossment, moving on to Contract Administration and successfully managed through to final completion at which point the original contact had grown by 100% on the original agreed. Design meetings, project meetings, consultancy on all changes, orchestrating and chairing coordination meetings with the professional team and relevant suppliers, family office meetings, snagging, de-snagging, witness testing, practical completion and final completion. With 12 month end of defects warranty check and retention sign off.
